Cretan Graviera P.D.O L.OREON TRYPAS

A hard cheese with an intense, full-bodied, slightly spicy flavour and a rich aroma. 
Produced exclusively with Cretan sheep and goat milk from free grazing animals.

Its taste is special because of the traditional production methods followed as well as its long maturing period of at least 6 months in ideal conditions. It is an excellent accompaniment to white or red wine. It goes well with fruit, nuts and breadsticks. 

It can also be enjoyed with honey, in salads, in saganaki form or can be grated to accompany various dishes or used in the preparation of various traditional recipes.

Cretan Graviera P.D.O 12months & 15months maturity

The longer the gruyere matures, the more intense, full and distinctive the flavour becomes. That is why 12 & 15 -month-matured gruyere stands out for its special taste and rich aroma. It matures at the ideal temperature and humidity conditions for more than a year to reach the peak of its quality.

Anthotyros of Lefka Ori Creta (Fresh)

White, cool low fat cheese with a particularly light flavor, ideal for a diet. Taste it plain but try also the salty or sweet versions. Choose it for your pies or as a dessert with honey or homemade spoon sweet!

Anthotyros of Lefka Ori Creta (Dry)

It is produced from the graviera whey, adding fresh milk as well as fresh anthotyro and then it is left to mature with the help of the time when its moisture is removed.

Grated, it accompanies excellent pasta dishes but it can be eaten plain making it a perfect meze with Cretan alcoholic drink tsikoudia.

GYPAS Hot Mitatotyri

A hard, yellow cheese married harmoniously to an aromatic pepper. A special flavor that excites even the most demanding palates.

Try it with your wine, white or red, with frozen beer or with Cretan alcoholic drink tsikoudia but
