INGREDIENTS:
Slices of anthotyro cheese
Flour
Oil
Thyme honey
Cinnamon
RECIPE EXECUTION:
We cut anthotyro cheese into slices, whose thickness is one and a half finger. Flour the slices. Pour the floured slices into hot oil and once they get a little color, we put them on the plate.
Immediately, we add to them thyme honey and some cinnamon.
