INGREDIENTS:
200 gr. of Cretan graviera cheese
50 gr. of flour
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
RECIPE EXECUTION:
We cut our graviera cheese into the shape we want the saganaki to have.
We have already burned olive oil in a small pan. Dip our saganaki with a little water just enough to get wet, then flour well on the 2 sides and then pass it through sesame seeds. Fry over high heat and we try to avoid getting the saganaki burned. When it gets brown on the one side we turn it on the other one until the same thing happens. Finally, pour the saganaki with a spoonful of honey.
