NTAKOS

INGREDIENTS:

1 double barley rusk
2 to 3 large ripe tomatoes
3 - 4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of grated slice or xinomyzithra cheese
1/2 teaspoons of oregano

EXECUTION:

We wet the rusk a bit. We put the oil, rub the tomato on top, we put the salt and myzithra and finally the oregano.
